With a degree in economics, Daniel developed an interest in mathematical based competition. This evolved into his career as a poker professional, specialising in multi-table tournament (MTT) structures and has progressed through the stakes for over two years. A consistent mid-stakes winner, Daniel now coaches other players so they too can develop a winning game.
He’s replicated this into business and performance, with a focus on developing a strong mental skillset and traits that support a consistent and healthy professional environment. This includes helping clients to understand and manage emotions, such as anger, anxiety, and motivation, whilst developing an understanding of ego and how to develop increased performance over time.
Daniel’s insight into a highly competitive environment supports others to achieve success in their business and individual performance.
Nicolette is passionate about supporting people in midlife in (re)finding happiness in their current or future role. What gives them purpose and how can they be their best self after many years? How can they make the transition into their third or perhaps even fourth new career? These are just a few questions she will help to explore with her solution based and creative coaching approach. She is open, energetic, sensitive and respectful and always supportive, however, she is also willing to challenge when appropriate.
She has been working as a Career Coach since 2003 and using different coaching tools with the Core Quality Quadrants from Daniel Ofman as one of her favorite and most effective tools. Building quadrants is an eye opener for many people, being their best self and building upon their strengths and embracing their pitfalls at the same time. Besides working as a Midlife Career Coach she works as an Associate Careers Consultant for MSc and EMBA students at different Business Schools, such as Imperial College, in London and several outplacement companies. This blend of different clients gives her valuable insights in the (future) world of work and its challenges.
